You may pick up your order at our HQ during a scheduled meetup time slot between Monday to Sunday. You’ll receive details via email or phone number (whichever contact information you provide at checkout) about your pickup at the time of purchase. Please bring a picture ID or proof of purchase when you arrive.

All orders are shipped through USPS Priority Mail Small Flat Rate Box. Shipping is calculated at checkout:

I value and prioritize my customer’s experience and feedback. I offer repairs for items with manufacturing defects. For normal wear-and-tear, repairs are available at a discounted cost for Salt & Water Co. merchandise.

All shipping costs for repairs are the customer’s responsibility.
